SafeHire is a job platform for migrant workers in Southeast Asia. Every employer is checked before their jobs are shown, and workers stay anonymous until they choose to apply.

How SafeHire works
Employers are checked first
A company registers and our team checks its business registration, address and history before any of its jobs can be published. Each job advert is reviewed too.
Workers stay anonymous
Workers browse and create a profile with a chosen name. Their real name and phone number are shared only with the one employer they apply to, and deleted automatically after 90 days.
No fees, ever
Workers never pay to find a job on SafeHire. Anyone who asks for money is reported, and the job is taken down straight away.
For workers
- Search jobs from checked employers, in English or Burmese.
- Sign in with a code sent to your email or phone. There is no password.
- Apply. You choose when an employer sees your details, and you can see who holds them and until when.
For employers
- Register your company and send the documents we ask for.
- Once checked, post job adverts. Each one is reviewed before it goes live.
- Receive applications from workers who chose to share their details with you.
Emails from SafeHire
SafeHire sends only the emails you need to use the service, from no-reply@mail.mstyleway.com:
Sign-in codes
A 6-digit code, sent only when you type your own email address and ask for one. It expires after 10 minutes.
Staff invitations
Sent to people added to the SafeHire team by an administrator.
We never send marketing email, never sell or share email addresses, and never ask for your code. If you received an email you did not request, you can ignore it or tell us.
